The Rope Collective’s Decompression and Relaxation - Letting Go with Mo (Copy)

This class is open to all levels! We’ll focus on a relaxing practice designed to reduce pressure and pain. This class is perfect for anyone who carries their stress in the upper back, shoulders and neck areas, and will aim to improve posture and circulation. As we will be moving continuously for 60-90 minutes, feel free to take breaks and go at your own pace!

This class is designed for beginner-intermediate levels (though no yoga experience is necessary to join) and will provide modifications for disabilities, injuries, and limited mobility. We will begin this class with breathwork and intention setting. Class pace will be slow to medium

The Rope Collective’s Vinyasa Basics - Monday flow with Mo (Copy)

This class is open to all levels! In Vinyasa Basics we will focus on breath and activation of your body as it wakes up through functional mobility in order to prepare you for your day. We will hone the use of proper form as we transition into progressive movement sequences.

As we will be exercising continuously for 45-60 minutes, feel free to take breaks and go at your own pace!
