The Rope Collective events, classes, workshops, and private sessions center experiences that can heighten our connection, feeling, and emotions in connection with our body. We recommend you create a post-care plan that you can turn to following your experience here at the studio.
Some things you might consider are hydration, nourishment through foods that make you feel good, connecting with friends/community members who you trust, creating more space in your day or week to allow you to return to feeling balanced and grounded. You can always check in with your instructor or practitioner with any questions or suggestions for aftercare support.
Remember that although there may be activators for healing through The Rope Collective experience, our practices should not be seen as synonymous with healing or a replacement for professional therapeutic services. Please remember that rope bondage and somatic practices inherently have risk to your physical and emotional body.
