OUR PARTNERSHIPS IN HEALING
moksha healing collaborative
Moksha operates from the hope that reducing our reliance on oppressive systems is a path in the direction of liberation.
They aim to make mediation available as an option for people who have been historically excluded, disadvantaged, and harmed by the traditional American legal system. Their mediation services are thoughtfully and intentionally designed to support people for whom legal processes are not a safe or affordable option to achieve equity, fairness, or justice.
Their approach to conflict is centered on repair, restoration, reflection, and accountability. Unlike traditional mediation, Moksha's unique process names and acknowledges power dynamics and focuses on healing from a multi-dimensional and multi-cultural lens.
