Foundations of Rope
This is a foundational workshop that focuses on our fundamentals and theories on ethical practice. We will cover informed consent, negotiation, aftercare, vetting, etiquette, risk awareness, body awareness, and important anatomy.

Fly Series: Hip Harnesses
Part of our Core Curriculum and the first part of our "Fly Series"! In this class we will deep dive into structured hip and lower body harnesses, as an intermediate step to create a safe and effective suspension framework. We will explore a variety of hip harness styles, including front-loading, back-loading, and side loading. Each style has been tailored to support body weight in suspension, emphasizing safety, comfort, and dynamic load management. The class is structured to ensure a thorough understanding of the mechanics behind each harness and their applications in different suspension scenarios.

Floor Series: Body Mechanics
Part of our Core Curriculum and the second part of our “Floor Series”! In this class, we will review the foundations and soft skills before diving into getting rope around the body, restricting movement, and moving the body around on the floor. This is designed to deepen your understanding of how to effectively wrap and attach body parts using rope. We will explore the nuances of moving a person who is tied, because they usually can’t move themselves! We will also go over hands-on techniques for adjusting and securing ties, ensuring that movement is both safe and sustainable.

Fly Series: Off the Ground
Part of our Core Curriculum and the final class in our Fly Series!
We will bring all of the knowledge of the previous classes together and come off the ground for the first time! Begin your suspension journey, and gain valuable insight into how to come off the ground as safely as you can!

Exit Plans and Cutting Rope
Exit Plans and Cutting Rope is a deep dive into navigating emergency situations in rope. Whether on the floor or in the air, physical techniques or considering the emotional aftermath, this two-part intensive will provide value to ropesters of all skill levels and roles.
