Part of our Core Curriculum and the first part of our "Fly Series"! In this class we will deep dive into structured hip and lower body harnesses, as an intermediate step to create a safe and effective suspension framework. We will explore a variety of hip harness styles, including front-loading, back-loading, and side loading. Each style has been tailored to support body weight in suspension, emphasizing safety, comfort, and dynamic load management. The class is structured to ensure a thorough understanding of the mechanics behind each harness and their applications in different suspension scenarios.
