Part of our Core Curriculum and the second part of our "Fly Series"!
In this class we will deep dive into structured chest and upper body harnesses, as an intermediate step to create a safe and effective suspension framework. We explore a variety of chest harness styles, including front-loading, back-loading, as well as arms-front and arms-free harnesses. Each style has been tailored to support body weight in suspension, emphasizing safety, comfort, and dynamic load management. The class is structured to ensure a thorough understanding of the mechanics behind each harness and their applications in different suspension scenarios.
