Floor Series: Rope Handling

Part of our Core Curriculum and the first part of our “Floor Series”! In this class, we will review the foundations and soft skills before diving into how to handle, choose, and use rope! This class focuses on the smooth and efficient handling of rope, teaching techniques to avoid twists, start and finish ties, and create simple yet effective structures. We will show practical exercises, learning how to tie safely and maintain awareness for all involved. Throughout the session, emphasis is placed on building a solid foundation with the basics of rope movement, placement and some of the nuances of how it moves. This will make further techniques much easier to understand.

These techniques are highly recommended to begin the second part of our series.
