Vinyasa Basics - Morning flow with Mo (Copy)

This class is open to all levels! We’ll focus on waking your body up, functional mobility to prepare you for the day, and honing proper form to launch us into progressive movement sequences. As we will be exercising continuously for 45-60 minutes, feel free to take breaks and go at your own pace!

This class is designed for beginner to intermediate levels, and will provide modifications for disabilities, injuries, and limited mobility. We will begin every class going over Sun A and Sun B classic salutations. Class pace will be slow to medium.
